1. Our Contract with You
No contract exists between you, the customer, and us, ArabZONE, The Dundee United Football Company Limited, Tannadice Park, Dundee DD3 7JW (“DUFC”) until such time as your order for goods or services is confirmed and the goods are dispatched or, in the case of services, either the provision of the services commences or your title to the provision of the services is dispatched. DUFC shall not be deemed to have accepted your order until that time and may refuse or cancel any order, notwithstanding that an automatic confirmation of your order may have been received by you.
2. Charging and Pricing
Your credit or debit card will normally be charged at, or shortly after, the time that your order is placed. All prices, where applicable, are inclusive of VAT at the current rate but are exclusive of postage and packaging, which is payable in addition to the item price as advertised on this website. Postage and packaging prices per order are based on the delivery address and weight of your order and are displayed on your order form. DUFC reserves the right to change prices without notice. This means that the price appearing on your order and/or confirmation may differ from the price actually charged. DUFC makes every effort to avoid this happening, but if a price is different from the price appearing in your order and/or confirmation is charged, DUFC will inform you of this and you will be entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund (subject to the return in “as new” condition of any items which have been dispatched).

3. Other Forms of Order and Payment
You can print out your order and send it to us by post and enclose a cheque (made payable to “DUFC”) or postal order for the appropriate amount. Please note that we will only process your order once your cheque has cleared into our bank account. These terms and conditions apply to postal orders made in this fashion in so far as they are relevant to such orders.
Once you have printed out your order, you are required to tick with a pen your acceptance of our terms and conditions. Please note that we cannot process your order without you having agreed to our terms and conditions.
DUFC makes every effort to ensure that shopping on this website is safe and secure, but cannot be responsible for fraudulent use of a lost or stolen credit or debit card if loss or theft has not been reported to your credit card company or bank.
Cookies: The shopping system uses a "session ID" or "cookie" to manage each shopper’s order. The session ID is a non-persistent cookie, ie, the information is not saved to your computer’s hard drive but is only cached in the browser’s memory for a short period or until the browser is closed. The session ID consists only of a short number which is not retained, and does not contain any personal information.
Server safety: Orders placed on the online shop use a secure server for security purposes. The secure server software is supplied by VeriSign, and uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which encrypts all of the information you input before it is sent.
All quoted delivery times are approximate. DUFC does everything it can to ensure that goods are delivered promptly. However, time shall not be of the essence in relation to your contract with DUFC, and late delivery shall not affect your contract with DUFC. If DUFC is aware of any anticipated lengthy delay in the delivery of the goods you have ordered, DUFC will attempt to contact you and keep you advised of the likely date for delivery. If you have not received the goods you ordered within 30 days of placing your order and a later delivery date has not been quoted at the time you placed your order or subsequently agreed with you, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. 6. Your Rights
6.1 - You have a right to cancel your order at any time after your order has been placed until the date 7 working days after you have received the goods ordered by you or, in the case of services, the date 7 working days after you placed your order. This right to cancel does not apply to items where the seal has been broken.
6.2 - You may exercise your right to cancel your order by writing to ArabZONE, Dundee United FC, Tannadice Street, Dundee, DD3 7JW or by e-mail to email@example.com.
6.3 - If DUFC has already charged your credit or debit card or cashed your cheque prior to receiving notice of cancellation, DUFC will refund the basic price of the items cancelled within 30 days of your giving notice of cancellation. If the items have already been dispatched, DUFC will not refund the charge made for post and packaging. You may need to give your credit or debit card number again on cancellation to allow a refund to be made as, for customers’ security, DUFC does not keep records of these.
6.4 - You have a responsibility to ensure that cancelled items are kept in “as new” condition and are returned in that condition to ArabZONE, Dundee United FC, Tannadice Street, Dundee DD3 3 JW. We recommend that you send items by recorded delivery to ensure they are received by us. If you do not return cancelled items to DUFC you must make the cancelled items available to DUFC or its representative for collection and DUFC will deduct the cost of collection from the money refunded to you.
6.5 - The right to cancel set out above is in compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and is in addition to your other statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT
DUFC will hold and use the information contained in your order for the purpose of processing your order and dealing with any subsequent enquiries relating to your order. For security purposes, DUFC will delete records of your credit or debit card once it has been charged.
DUFC will continue to hold your name, address and information about your purchases for internal management purposes so that we can improve the service that we provide.
DUFC may from time to time inform you by mail, telephone or e-mail about products or services which may be of interest to you. We may also pass your name and address, e-mail address and telephone number, to reputable companies so that they too can inform you about products or services which may be of interest to you. If you would prefer not to receive information in this manner, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
